Fight and Travel Terms and Conditions of Tour Operator

These Terms govern the relationship between the tour operator (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the tour participant (“you,” “your”) for all tours and services provided by us. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Bookings and Payments 1.1 Bookings: We subject all bookings to availability and confirmation. Furthermore, we retain the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

1.2 Payments: You must make full payment for the tour at the time of booking. Moreover, we accept payment by credit card or bank transfer. Failure to receive payment by the due date may lead to the cancellation of your booking.

1.3 Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made by you, unless otherwise stated in writing by us. If we cancel a tour, you will be entitled to a full refund of the tour price paid.

2.1 Changes: We retain the right to modify the tour itinerary or substitute accommodations, transportation, or other services at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

2.2 Delays: Factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or acts of nature, may cause delays or cancellations. However, we are not accountable for these occurrences.

2.3 Health and Safety: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and medically fit to participate in the tour. If we determine that your health or safety may be at risk, we may refuse participation in the tour.

Liability and Insurance

3.1 Liability: We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from your participation in the tour, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nevertheless, it is essential to note that your safety remains our utmost priority.

3.2 Insurance: We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to the tour to cover any potential losses or liabilities. Additionally, this insurance will provide you with added peace of mind throughout your journey.

4.1 Copyright: The tour itinerary, content, and materials provided by us are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used for any other purpose without our written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall follow and interpret the laws of Hong Kong.

5.2 Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or connected with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and that they form the entire agreement between you and us.
